Based on Shuangrui Wind Power's standardized MES management metrics and data interfaces, the company integrated Corerain's AI video analytics services. This enables real-time approval and closed-loop processing within the MES system's online workflow, achieving seamless integration between anomaly monitoring and handling procedures.

The pilot project at the Yancheng Base deployed AI algorithms—tailored to specific management requirements—across scenarios including the molding workshop, post-processing workshop, warehousing and logistics workshop, chemical warehouse, hazardous waste warehouse, and waste disposal area. Deployed algorithms include safety helmet absence detection, dust mask absence detection, phone use detection, railing climbing detection, loitering under suspended loads detection, and fire/smoke detection.

Corerain implemented a plant-wide video management system for Shuangrui Wind Power's Yancheng Base. Leveraging AI video analytics technology, the system provides real-time visual monitoring and intelligent perception of all safety risks, improper behaviors, and unsafe items within the facility, enabling early warnings.Through integration with the MES system, relevant standards and protocols are normalized, safety task information is transmitted in real time, and safety management feedback is continuously provided, establishing an end-to-end closed-loop safety management process.

During project implementation, the Corerain team faced multiple challenges including complex identification environments, tight deadlines, and pandemic control measures. Despite these obstacles, the team successfully delivered the behavioral AI recognition system project for the Jiangsu Shuangrui Yancheng Factory with high efficiency and quality—receiving formal recognition and industry acclaim from Shuangrui Wind Power.
