The solution constructs a rapid response mechanism to dangers, achieves instant alarm for abnormal situations and automatically retains the relevant videos to meet the intelligent construction requirements of the regulatory authorities.
Corerain built an AI video analytics platform for over 100 gas stations under this leading petroleum group's provincial subsidiary. Beyond routine safety supervision in the refueling area, Corerain configured and orchestrated more than 10 AI algorithms in accordance with the operational management requirements of the gas station's "8-Step Unloading Process." The system sequentially analyzes video data from fixed cameras within the station, monitoring operator violations and abnormal conditions of unloading equipment in real time. Any anomaly immediately triggers warnings via linked on-site loudspeakers.

The system accurately identifies non-standard behaviors during unloading operations, including insufficient static electricity discharge time, incorrect placement of fire extinguishers, and personnel absence from posts, ensuring strict adherence to the "Eight-Step" operational protocol. Simultaneously, it provides real-time warnings for violations (e.g., smoking, phone use) and abnormal conditions (e.g., open flames, smoke) in the refueling zone, effectively reducing safety risks.

To comprehensively enhance the intelligent level of safety control in the industry, in 2025, the Second Department of Hazardous Chemicals Supervision under the Ministry of Emergency Management issued the Technical Guidelines for the Construction of the Warehouse Safety Management Module of the Fireworks and Firecrackers Production Safety Risk Monitoring and Early Warning System, aiming to accelerate the construction of risk monitoring and early warning systems. The introduction of this policy is precisely to address the common challenges faced in storage safety practices across regions. Several leading fireworks and firecrackers wholesale enterprises in Yunnan Province have actively responded to the policy direction, taking the lead in initiating the construction of risk monitoring and early warning systems. This aims to address safety management challenges in complex environments and create modern, intelligent storage models that meet national standards.

Corerain, in collaboration with partners, provided an AI video analytics solution for multiple fireworks and firecrackers warehouses in Yunnan. While ensuring full compliance, the solution establishes an intelligent barrier of "7x24 real-time monitoring and intelligent second-level alerts," truly achieving a fundamental upgrade from "human defense" to "technological defense," eliminating risks before they materialize.However, successfully implementing this technological blueprint was not without challenges. The project encountered numerous practical difficulties: the warehouses' existing cameras were of mixed models and installed at varying positions; drastic lighting changes inside the warehouses during dawn and dusk caused algorithms to generate false alerts; and irregular stacking patterns and varying aisle widths posed significant challenges for accurate detection.
To address these, Corerain's technical team conducted multi-period on-site data collection and continuously optimized image preprocessing and adaptive light compensation modules, significantly improving the system's detection stability under complex lighting conditions. In parallel testing with multiple vendors, Corerain's object detection algorithm demonstrated higher robustness—achieving an effective alert rate of over 92% and reducing false alerts by 80%, particularly excelling in harsh scenarios such as low light and backlighting.Beyond exceptional performance, another key competitive advantage of this solution lies in its outstanding deployment flexibility and cost-effectiveness. The solution supports the reuse of various existing cameras and network equipment, requiring only the addition of edge computing nodes to enable AI capabilities, without the need for large-scale infrastructure renovation or equipment replacement. This lightweight deployment model significantly reduces customers' upfront hardware investment and installation and debugging costs, while greatly shortening system deployment time and the return on investment cycle, ensuring that enterprises' intelligent transformation is no longer a heavy-asset, long-term burden.
