Consult NowCorerain provides an overall AI video analysis solution to detect the correct placement of fire extinguishers, electrostatic discharge operation specification and other operation status in the process of oil unloading in real time and realize 24-hour automatic detection of irregularities such as calling, smoking, leaving the post, and the risk of flame and smoke. The solution constructs a rapid response mechanism to dangers, achieves instant alarm for abnormal situations and automatically retains the relevant videos to meet the intelligent construction requirements of the regulatory authorities.
Corerain built an AI video analytics platform for over 100 gas stations under this leading petroleum group's provincial subsidiary. Beyond routine safety supervision in the refueling area, Corerain configured and orchestrated more than 10 AI algorithms in accordance with the operational management requirements of the gas station's "8-Step Unloading Process." The system sequentially analyzes video data from fixed cameras within the station, monitoring operator violations and abnormal conditions of unloading equipment in real time. Any anomaly immediately triggers warnings via linked on-site loudspeakers.
Corerain provides an intelligent supervisory platform for the state-owned gas station, which enables real-time detection and early warning of risks such as smoking, phone calls, personnel intrusion, fire passenges occupancy, fire equipment misplacement, and uniform wearing in the refueling and unloading areas by analysis of camera videos in the station, strengthening the efficiency of gas station safety management and promoting modernization of emergency management capabilities.
Corerain's AI video analytics solution provides real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis of key areas, such as the refueling zone and unloading zone, for the gas stations under this leading petroleum group's Shanxi branch. The system accurately identifies non-standard behaviors during unloading operations, including insufficient static electricity discharge time, incorrect placement of fire extinguishers, and personnel absence from posts, ensuring strict adherence to the "Eight-Step" operational protocol. Simultaneously, it provides real-time warnings for violations (e.g., smoking, phone use) and abnormal conditions (e.g., open flames, smoke) in the refueling zone, effectively reducing safety risks.
Corerain provides a state-owned gas station with an intelligent video analysis solution to perfect the video surveillance on key areas such as gas dispensers and oil storage tanks, and to identify, alarm and record personnel violations and abnormal environmental conditions at the gas station. The solution makes full use of existing equipment and deploys an integrated AI software and hardware solution to enhance intelligent operation management while avoiding waste of resources.
